We are working with a number of local and internationally known organisations to adapt their cultures to secure sustainable competitive advantage in toughening market conditions.
The process involves getting operators and managers to express their real feelings about their jobs and the environment within which they are working. They do this best of course, when talking to someone from outside the company - hence County's involvement. The statements they make, depersonalised to remove any worries they might have about 'career limiting views', are used as the starting point for a workshop where they develop action plans to address the problems as they see them.
The key is that it is 'operator driven' not 'management determined'. This results in the operators owning the action plans and taking great pride in the results achieved.
